An order confirmation email does not mean that your order has been finally accepted. Your order is deemed accepted once it has been processed and fulfilled.

Shipping and Delivery

We ship to selected destinations. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to destination, carrier availability, customs processing, local delivery conditions, holidays, weather, or other events beyond our control.

We prepare and ship orders with privacy in mind wherever possible, using discreet packaging, and we do not intentionally print information on the outside of the package that would directly reveal the package contents.
